Digital Services Policy

All services provided by Pameeras Digital Era are digital and customized, therefore:

• No physical products are shipped
• Services once initiated are generally non-refundable

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Service not initiated after payment
• Cancellation requested within 24 hours of payment (before work begins)

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed or partially completed services
• Delays caused due to lack of client response or content
• Change of mind after project commencement
• Marketing campaigns already launched

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Project Revisions

Instead of refunds, we encourage revisions as per the agreed scope to ensure client satisfaction.
